Pleasant Dale Home Run Series
It’s that time of year again! We are getting ready for the World Series! Sign up with friends to test your own skills in
wiffle ball. (we are playing inside) You will get to participate in different games and drills in our gym. A treat bag to
go is included. Don’t forget to wear your favorite team’s baseball jersey or t-shirt if you have one. This is a drop off
program.

Halloween Boo Bash
Get ready for some not-so-spooky Halloween fun! Come
dressed as your favorite princess, pirate, superhero, ghost, or
goblin and join us for a festive morning filled with games,
treats, a pie-sized pumpkin from the pumpkin patch, a
costume parade with prizes, and more!
All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Pumpkin Smash
Green Your Halloween at the Annual Pumpkin Smash! Don’t toss
your pumpkins in the trash—smash them for a cause! Join us at the
Rec Center parking lot for a fun, eco-friendly event where you can
smash your carved or uncarved pumpkins and gourds using a
variety of smashing tools. This annual event helps keep pumpkins
out of landfills by turning them into nutrient-rich compost. Thanks
to the support of GROOT and help from the Boy Scouts, all
smashed pumpkins will be collected and transported for
composting. Every participant is entered into a raffle for fun prizes!
Let’s have a smashing good time while doing something great for
the planet!
